The Investment Company Institute (ICI) is a trade association that represents the mutual fund industry in the United States. ICI was founded in 1930 and has over 300 members, including mutual funds, ETFs and other investment companies.[1]

The organization is led by its president and CEO Paul Schott Stevens. He has been with ICI since 2000.[2] The board of directors includes 14 members who are elected by shareholders at each annual meeting.[3]

The staff includes five vice presidents: David Fink (Chief Financial Officer), Kevin Murphy (Legal Counsel), Ken Bentsen (Chief Economist), Greg Davis (Senior Vice President of Government Relations & Public Affairs) and Jim Rossotto (Vice President).[4]
